Rachel Tyler, Counsellor & Supervisor
Adv.Dip Couns, MBACP
I am passionate about working with Teenagers and Adults who are wanting to explore who they are, how they experience the world and anything that is effecting their day to day lives. I work creatively, getting to know you as an individual and the issues that have brought you to counselling. Working together, within a safe and calm environment, encourages self-reflection and healing. This means that everyone's experience of therapy will be unique and tailored to their needs. I have particular interest in working with individuals living with chronic illness, survivors of childhood abuse and complex bereavement. I have a range of experience, supporting individuals who have faced many issues including bereavement, trauma, anxiety, low self-esteem and depression.
Sessions are either Face to Face or Online

I believe that everyone has within themselves the power to change; to that end, I offer a warm, calm, non-judgemental environment in which you can explore the thoughts that trouble you. The therapeutic experience is yours, I will help you navigate your feelings and support you in understanding how this impacts your life.
I work with a range of clients from young adults to senior citizens covering issues such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, bereavement and trauma. I also have a lived experience if neuro-diversity and the challenges this can bring.
