About

Time2B Therapies has been created with a vision to improve the Mental Health and Emotional Well Being in Verwood and the surrounding area.  It was established by combining the passion, experience and knowledge of two Counsellors, Rachel Tyler & Cheryl Bellingham.  Both have worked across Dorset in various roles that have all helped build the successful practice they have today.

Both Rachel and Cheryl have recently been joined by Jean Wadge who provides a wealth of experience and Supervision to the team.  Jeans experience and gentle guidance ensures that every client receives an excellent level of therapeutic support.

There also needs to be a special mention of the Well Being Team at The Hub in Verwood.  By providing the space for Time2B to see their clients, it is supporting the move to improving  mental health and well being support for everyone.

Rachel Tyler, Counsellor

Adv.Dip Couns, MBACP

I am passionate about working with Children, Teenagers and Adults.  I have built a range of specialisms, working in various roles across Dorset.  Those I have supported have faced many issues including bereavement, trauma, anxiety, family breakdowns, low self-esteem and depression.   These experiences have led me to develop a Creative Integrative Practice that draws on a combination of Psychotherapy & Counselling approaches.   For each client this means that their experience of therapy will be unique and tailored to their needs.
